Artist and general bum.
Born in Haifa (Israel-Palestine), I started out painting at The Ant Studio ("Hanemala") downtown, then moved to Jerusalem for a short, yet excruciatingly boring year at Bezalel School of Art and Design. Finally I found my true place at the Art Students' League of New York, studying sculpture under Jonathan Shahn and Leonid Lerman.
Today, I do mixed media, messing around with different techniques, including etching, sculpture, drawing and well, yes, an Ipad.
My graphic novel Gardener received a development grant and came out last year. The first issue can be found at "Reading", "comics & vegetables" among other stores in Tlv. Other projects such as "50 Minutes" can be found at comics festivals or at Hanevi'im art center in Haifa.
And here's the boring part.
